VIH/HIV ni virusi

Ibicurane, gufungana mu mazuru, kokera mu mihogo, kwitsamura. Ibi iyo bikubayeho nta kabuza uba urwaye indwara tumenyereye nka gripe. By’umwihariko vitamin B2 na B3 zituma ubudahangarwa bukomera naho selenium ikaba ingenzi mu kurwanya ibicurane n’ibindi bigendana na byo.
